Anaptiq operates an automated text-messaging program on behalf of the home-service contractor businesses ("Clients") that use our Service. When you call or text a Client's business phone number that is connected to Anaptiq, our system may send you automated text messages related to your call, inquiry, estimate, or appointment with that business.
By calling or texting a Client's connected business number, you agree to receive automated text messages related to that inquiry from Anaptiq on the Client's behalf. If a Client adds your number for a follow-up or reactivation campaign, they represent to us that they have your consent or an existing business relationship permitting the message, as described in our Terms of Service.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business you contacted — for example, a missed-call reply, follow-up messages about an open estimate, or an appointment reminder.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from that number. We honor STOP requests instantly, and you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact the business you originally reached, or email us at Anaptiq@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers are supported; coverage may vary.
